Voice commands

Say these with voice on and they drive the app instead of being sent to Tim V2 as a question.

A command only fires when it is the whole thing you said. “Stop” stops him talking; “stop the server restarting” is a question and goes through as one. “Hey Tim” in front and “please” on the end are ignored, so “hey Tim, pause please” works.
